Partner Success Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Vertical monthly sales revenue generation through strategy formulation.
Formulate Marketing strategies for each partner/merchant on a quarterly basis.
Grow the number of merchants on a monthly basis by ensuring there is a healthy pipeline to work with at all times.
Manage the day to day duties and tasks of the Key Account Managers under the vertical.
Ensure Key Partner payments are reconciled and paid on time as per the agreed terms outlined on the contracts.
Negotiate with partners on credit terms, Bank Guarantees and deposits.
Consolidate monthly sales performance for each partner based on the different key metrics outlined.
Formulate and outline quarterly and monthly sales revenue projections for each partner.
Create an effective communication flow between Lipa Later and our key Partners ensuring feedback is received on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

At least 5 years’ work experience with a minimum of 1-year’ experience in Account Management.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in the field of business or related discipline.
Must have managed a team for at least one (1) year.
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience delivering tailored solutions to partners ‘needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work independently as an individual and as part of a team.
