Description:
The Partner Relations Officer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners and ensuring engagement with the company. This role serves as the primary liaison for partners and external clients, handling inquiries and providing customer care. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and update partner information in the database.
Monitor and respond to queries on the partnership and donation channels, including SMS, Whatsapp and email.
Prepare and document statements for partners upon request.
Communicate regularly with partners to get feedback.
Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports.
Schedule guests for the weekly show recordings. Create and document statements for partners upon request.
Assist in the organizing of both internal and external events
Perform any other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in computer skills, including ability to improve work efficiency through use of all available applications.
