Duties
Providing First AID and immediate emergency medical assistance as needed
Maintaining accurate medical records of employee health assessments, incidents, and wellness program participation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Working closely with Human Resources, safety officers, and management to address health concerns and improve work place conditions.
Training employees on current health issues and prevent measures to promote overall wellness.
Designing and implementing wellness programs aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing occupational hazards among staff.
Qualifications
Diploma in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
Training in Emergency Basic Life Support or Cardiac Life Support.
Valid Clinical Officer License.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment.
At least 3 years experience in healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, or community health centers.
