Overseas HR Manager

Job description
Job responsibility:

Organize and develop the subsidiary’s relevant rules and regulations, including HR management system, administration management system, compensation and benefits system, travel management system, and visa management system etc., according to the overall direction of the parent company
Set up the whole subsidiary team, formulate and implement the talent supply solutions in local country, construct and plan the talent development system according to the need of business development and establish the performance appraisal management system and salary incentive system on the basis of the subsidiary’s short-term and long-term development goals.
Responsible for the HR daily operation and management, including the contract renew/termination, promotion, employment relations and also social insurance.
Responsible for the daily administration management, including the attendance management, back office support and also organize meetings when needed.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or psychology is preferred,
Solid experience more than 2 modules in recruitment, ER, C&B, or training, well familiar with the local labor law and regulations;
5 years working experience in HR field, and at least 2 years’ experience as HR managerï¼›
Fluent English ;
Retail industry background is preferable.
