We are looking for a Superstar – Team Leader and Coach to work with our team of Operations Associates (Photo Editors) in Nairobi, Kenya.
This is a critical function at Edu Plus Africa, ideally suited for a technically-savvy, detail-oriented individual who will assure that our Homes Listings meet our standards and are both engaging, and accurate.
What you’ll do:
Ensuring a compelling representation of the homes (Exterior and Interior)
Manage workflow including photo editing, layering and uploading
Evaluate homes photography and other digital assets for quality and adherence to our standards
What you’ll bring:
2+ year’s experience in photo editing
Must be proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
Understanding of professional photography production processes
Experience with real estate or architectural photography
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability to listen
Experience in the vacation rental industry, hospitality, travel, or real estate marketing is a strong plus
The Operations Supervisor must be a fast learner, tech-savvy, problem solver, with a photographer’s eye, independent worker, focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
