Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations at Stedmak Gardens, ensuring smooth functionality across departments, efficient resource utilization, and high-quality service delivery. This role aims to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functionality.
Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor service standards and address customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
Budget Management: Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and amenities.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with teams to plan and execute events successfully.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality or leisure operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
Knowledge of operational health and safety standards.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
