The Operations Intern will be responsible for providing onsite support to ensure the smooth running of the Rescue office. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in key operational tasks such as supporting internal projects, handling administrative and logistic duties, and managing relationships with vendors and multiple external stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of operations, helping you build a strong foundation for your career.
This is what you will do:
Operational Support
Office Management: Ensure smooth daily office operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Hospitality: Provide exceptional hospitality to guests, including offering refreshments with professionalism and attention to detail.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately.
Documentation: Maintain and update company records through the HRIS, databases, and filing systems for accuracy and compliance.
Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule and organize Meetings and Events, manage the booking system for meeting rooms, and handle logistics as required.
Reporting: Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and maintain adequate stock levels through timely procurement.
Support Services: Provide administrative and operational support to Talent, Operations, Travel, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and safeguarding sensitive information.
Office Maintenance: Manage service schedules and oversee maintenance tasks, including cleaning, fumigation, repairs, and facility upkeep.
Talent Support
Onboarding: Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation material preparation and conducting introductory training.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards.
Training Coordination: Collaborate in organizing training sessions and tracking participation and feedback.
Procurement Support
Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and analyze market trends.
Vendor Management: Assist in onboarding and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
