Our services include mystery shopping, retail audits, customer satisfaction surveys, training, campaign testing, employee engagement and digital content development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
End to end management of assignments
Plan, schedule and coordinate client assignments
Assisted questionnaire development
Shopper training and material dissemination
Follow-up to conclusion
Reporting
Prepare proposals
Bulk payment platform management (Mpesa bulk payment platform)
Plan, implement and oversee mystery shopper recruitment activities
Manage social media pages for Buyology and it’s clients
Data organisation, storage and management
Searching and Responding to Tenders
Response to calls, emails and enquiries on different channels
Any other duties assigned
