Job Details

End to end management of mystery shopping projects
Planning, schedule and execute mystery shopping projects
Questionnaire development
Prepare and train mystery shoppers
Project reporting and presentation
Develop client proposals using Organizations formats and structure
Use of Mpesa bulk payment platform
Plan, implement and oversee mystery shopper recruitment activities
Operationalize marketing activities for mystery shopper and client recruitment drives including press, social media, activations etc.
Keep the mystery shopper data base active
Search for and   respond to open  and closed tenders
Update and manage Company’s social media pages
Manage client relations to  meet  the agreed  performance  objectives, measures and  ensure   all Customers receive effective, prompt and friendly service
Data organization,        storage  and         management
Any other      duties     assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ marketing or  relevant field
Highly organized and structured
Excellent presentation skills- attention to detail and creative
At least 2 years’ experience handling Administration and Operation’s
Sales experience in any field/industry
Good etiquette – spoken, written and demeanor
Technologically competent
Confident and     outspoken
Solution driven   not problem finding
Proactive and      takes      initiative
Is respectful and has high integrity
Market research knowledge and   experience is a bonus
Smart and interested in personal growth and development
Operates under minimal supervision
