This position is primarily responsible for establishing and implementing operation issues in Dahua Kenya Inc. Operational Specialist plays a vital role in HQ’s regulation localisation, cooperation with different departments(Such as Marketing, Admin, Financial , Law deparments of Dahua HQ). At the same time, improve organization effiency and promote the achievement of organization performance.
Job Description
Assist the establishment of organisational structure in Dahua Kenya Inc.
Responsible for implement and localisation of Dahua HQ’s regulation, establish unique workflow on the basis of local business.
Human Resource Management. It includes assist local recruitment, conduct team building and promote the achievement of organisational performance.
Daily Administrative Management. It includes organise meetings , take meeting minutes, output business analysis reports, purchase and manage office equipments, assist seal documents and some other admin issues.
Coordinate with Financial, Law and Market departments of Dahua HQ to deal with local expense claim, review legal documents, and apply promotional material.
Sales support. Assist sales engineer to deal with sales ralted issues.
Job Requirement
Familiar with operational ,administrative, HR, marketing related knowledge, and have financial work experience is preferred
Study minded, hard working and high efficiency
Clear logic, strong data analysis ability
Good communication skills, self-motivated, and team work spirit
Ability to use English as working language
