Job Purpose:
Support Operational Excellence Lead and Management in streamlining, simplifying business operations and implementing changes through a proper change management process. This includes creation of business and administrative processes, review, documentation, streamlining/reengineering, and implementation across the organization.
What you will do:
Business Process Analysis and Reengineering
Conduct analysis of existing business processes & systems through observation, interviews, data analysis
Participate in design and documentation of business processes that deliver increased revenue, reduce cost, or qualitative improvements like customer satisfaction.
Process Documentation
Prepare high-quality process documentation in line with the best practices.
Work with departmental heads to establish project teams and ensure the objectives of the required improvement are identified, owned, documented, and measured to allow progress reporting.
New Process and System Implementation
Work with respective stakeholder to help design new processes, system functions or business improvements; project management for successful implementation; collect data & feedback on performance; roll-out changes to all country operations.
Participate in training of the staff responsible for process management; Collaborate with management to ensure the proper monitoring and evaluation systems are set up for process management.
Contribute to building a culture that positively values and recognizes the importance of a disciplined approach to project management and starting and closing projects.
Change Management
Implement and monitor proper change management practices across the organization.
Promote continuous improvement culture across the organization.
Training
Work with department heads to develop and implement suitable training programs where required to increase this discipline across all areas.
People & Leadership
Participate in mid-year and annual performance appraisals, and monthly 1-1s with the Operational Excellence Lead as per company performance management cycle.
Work together to create an environment that fosters teamwork and cooperation.
Attend training sessions offered to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Be proactive and self-motivated to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Recommend new ways of working to continuously improve efficiency, productivity and enhance both our internal and external customer experience.
Attend and participate in team meetings
General

Fulfil any reasonable tasks given or approved by management that is work-related and aimed towards Company’s goals and targets.
Complete all tasks and responsibilities within the agreed deadlines.
Action all administrative duties as per agreed process.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
Proactively recommend improvements and innovative ideas to increase business efficiency.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sciences, or a related business field
Three (3) years’ experience in operations management with at least 1 year as an Analyst
Desired Skills:
Certification in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management
Experience in strategic Planning and implementation
Experience in process analytics and re-engineering
Experience in project management
