Online Learner Support

Duties and Responsibilities

Creates user logins as needed and assigns user permissions.
Creates and manages user structures including the creation of user groups and learning cohorts.
Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.
Develop strong relationships with teaching staff and service teams and provide professional level of service to all clients
Facilitate staff and student training in using learning technologies in their courses and assist staff to prepare and load course materials
Publishes and archives online or blended learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resources.
Populates course information and assigns learners.
Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports.
Analyzes reporting data and recommends strategic direction to user departments.
Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the instructional designer.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Educational Technology, Instructional Design degree or in a relevant field from a recognised/accredited University.
At least one year of training design experience creating blended learning solutions for both instructor-led and self-paced training.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS): Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
At least one years of experience in instructional design is preferred
