Online Evaluator – Phone Interviews

Job Purpose; The holder of this job will be required to enhance Nurses eligibility assessment through setting up and conducting online/phone interview calls to candidates applying for the US Nursing recruitment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning and booking clients for online/phone evaluation calls.
Collaboration with Country managers and Regional Recruiters for clients calls scheduling
Setting up and conducting online/phone evaluation calls for the Nurses.
Providing evaluation feedback to the clients.
Providing clients evaluation feedback to Tutorial Department, Country Managers and Regional Recruiter
Participate in generating monitoring and evaluation reports.
Content creation for Online Assessment Test

Education and Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Must be Registered and Licensed with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
At Least 1-year work experience in an Acute Care setting/Inpatient Care in a Tertiary Level Hospital

Desirable Skills and Abilities;

Microsoft Office and Google applications proficiency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken(Strong command of the English Language).
Solid experience with CRM software(e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), is an added advantage.
Able to work very well under pressure without supervision.
Efficient in meeting tight schedule deadlines.
Highly organized.
High degree of professionalism.
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
