About The Role
The Global Sourcing team brings high-quality, life-changing inputs to our clients as cost efficiently as possible. We source over $70M worth of inputs to One Acre Fund’s regional warehouses across 7 countries. As a team, we develop a flexible sourcing strategy to guarantee inputs make it from supplier to OAF warehouse at the best possible price and quality.
To increase One Acre Fund’s impact to 10 million farmers by 2030, we are accelerating program extensions and rolling out an omni-channel approach. This makes us operate in a more dynamic environment with all-year-long purchases and parallel demand flows. This requires our processes, tools and practices to become more agile and our prices to be market competitive with agrovets. Are you ready to design, develop, pilot and implement what is needed to do input procurement for a variety of channels?
