The Officer, Operations (OO) will be dedicated to supporting specific programmes and projects, providing operational planning, logistics and administrative support to all aspects of the project cycle. This includes proposal development, teaming, mobilisation, implementation and close-down, as well as drafting and editing of deliverables. The focus will depend on current priorities, but we anticipate the majority of their time will initially be focused on a multi-year Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) contract being delivered in Kenya, and across the region.
The OO will also contribute to internal business projects and activities within the Integrity Operations team, gaining experience across business functions. The role will be managed by a Manager based in the same office.
The successful candidate will:
Have a legal right to work in Kenya.
Have a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Have at least 2 years’ professional experience with an international organisation.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a good working understanding of Microsoft Office, with particular skills in Excel. Ability to use PowerBi is desirable.
