Provided a high-quality cleaning service.
Ensuring that the office, toilets and kitchen are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
Sweep and mop (floors, disinfect all bathrooms, mopping and dust emptying bins and dust/polish all equipment’s).
Maintain stock of cleaning material and commodities in the kitchen.
Assisting the staff by photocopy, binding and compiling documents.
If it is necessary, serve as a receptionist.
Make sure that the office is in its best setting in terms of tidiness and order.
Prepare and serve refreshments during office meetings, trainings, and events.
Carry out other activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
At least two years’ experience as a cleaner and office assistant.
Written and oral communication in English is required.
