Office Assistant-Law Firm Customer Service Assistant

Role Objective 

A busy law firm in Nairobi seeks to add to their team a reliable and efficient personnel to ensure seamless operations and common goals are achieved.

Core Duties and Responsibilities 

In charge of keeping the office sanitary. 
Assisting in ordering and replenishing office supplies.
Performing messenger duties as required.
Handling reception duties as needed-Making and receiving calls, email correspondence and welcoming visitors.
Assisting in typing and secretarial duties as assigned/ delegated.
Assisting with clerical duties as and when required.
Any other duties as allocated.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

Diploma in Law/Business Administration and or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
