Office Administrator

Main Duties

Support finance with preparations of PRs and basic project financial reports
Develop, maintain and assist finance in having an efficient filing system
Update the travel sheet, travel audit sheet and sending out the travel itinerary
Organizing payment of yearly office licenses
Assist in shipping items to our project sites
Manage boardroom meeting schedules and provide reminders
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Regular data update in Share Point
Assist in logistics and purchases for Kenya project sites and maintain supplier contact lists

Qualifications;

Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline is essential
A minimum of 3 years office administration experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent management skills and prioritization of daily work
Attention to detail, flexible ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
