NPD and Market Research Manager for Pharma Client

The successful candidate will support our marketing team with product portfolio management, driving product innovation and new product development through comprehensive market research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, ensuring informed decision-making for product portfolio management.
Consumer Insights: Gather and analyse feedback from trade and consumers through surveys, focus groups, and interviews to inform product development and marketing strategies.
New Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and develop new products that meet market needs and align with our strategic goals.
Product Performance Metrics: Track and report on the performance of existing products, providing insights and recommendations for improvements or discontinuation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and Research and Development teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and initiatives.

Requirement:

Bachelors degree in life sciences, Marketing, Business, or any related field.
5-10 years of experience in market research, product management, or a similar role within a multi-country organization.
Strong data analytical skills with a proven track record in deriving actionable insights from data.
Experience in conducting surveys and focus groups, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
