Key Responsibilities:
Identify, Recruit, train and mentor a high caliber of intermediaries to acquire non motor insurance business
Motivate, Supervise and assist the team of intermediaries in promoting the growth and development of non-motor insurance business
Identify markets and introduce the company’s non-motor products to existing and new clients for the sales team and nurture them to achieve the set production targets regularly.
Meet and exceed production targets for the unit and their personal sales
Handle all queries and issues from clients, intermediaries and any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Academic /Professional Qualification:
Business related Diploma or Degree.
Progress in Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage.
At least 2 years’ experience in general insurance sales.
