We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) Specialist to support our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role involves managing and optimizing the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) module, ensuring data integrity, building financial models, and working closely with finance and IT teams to enhance decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities:
NetSuite NSPB Implementation & Maintenance: Configure, customize, and maintain the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) module. Ensure system integrity, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions for performance improvements.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts using NSPB. Work with finance teams to streamline budgetary workflows and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Data Management & Reporting: Integrate data from various sources into NSPB for consolidated financial analysis. Build dashboards and reports using NetSuite Analytics to provide real-time financial insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to optimize financial planning processes. Train and support end-users to ensure efficient use of the NSPB module.
Process Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate financial planning tasks and improve system functionality. Stay updated on NetSuite updates and best practices for continuous improvements.
Key competencies/skills
Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) or Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).
Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, data integrations, and financial reporting tools.
Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., SuiteScript, Excel Macros, SQL, or BI tools).
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work US EST shift hours (night shifts for local time).
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and GAAP.
Experience with Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or other FP&A tools.
NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Financial User, NetSuite Administrator).
