Reporting into the Managing Director East Africa, you will be responsible for driving sales and usage of biodigesters across Kenya impacting over 1000 people per month.
You’ll Be In Charge Of
Working closely with the Managing Director to develop an effective commercial strategy for scale
Managing and coaching a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Performing sales analyses and coordinate follow-up on effective sales strategies
Tracking and optimizing budgets and customer acquisition cost
Developing, planning, and implementing our marketing strategy above and below-the-line to enhance customer acquisition
More About YOU
You have a degree in Business Management or any relevant course
You have at least 5 years of sales experience with a track record of top performer including door to door sales
You are process-oriented and understand how to rigorously scale a sales organization of more than 300 sales agents
You are humble, willing to work as a sales agent for at least one month during your onboarding to learn about the job and connect with the team
You are obsessed with measuring performance with data, and have proven experience in improving customer acquisition cost
You are energized by the prospect of working with farmers directly in the field
You are a great manager and teammate: you are excellent at training, growing and coaching your team and collaborating across different business units
