Nanny Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working as a nanny or childcare provider.
Certification in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children.
The nanny should have good experience with toddlers and newborns.
Should have basic first aid skills and an excellent cook.
Should have good education in interacting with kids.
Should be active and creative.
Driving skills and a valid driving license is an added advantage.
Should be flexible and open to travelling anytime.
International passport is an added advantage or ready to have a passport.
Should be self-driven.

Duties and Responsibilities

Childcare: Provide attentive and nurturing care to the children in accordance with the family’s values and preferences.
Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, both indoors and outdoors. Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed.
Daily Routine: Develop and maintain a structured daily routine that includes meals, naps, playtime, educational activities, and other appropriate experiences.
Education and Development: Create stimulating and enriching activities that support the children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
Nutrition: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children in accordance with dietary preferences and restrictions. Encourage healthy eating habits and model positive food choices.
Hygiene and Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care routines as needed. Teach and encourage good hygiene practices.
Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children’s care, such as tidying up play areas, doing children’s laundry, and washing dishes used during childcare hours.
Communication: Maintain open and proactive communication with the parents regarding the children’s daily activities, achievements, challenges, and any concerns that may arise.
Transportation: Safely transport the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and other outings as needed.
Behavior Management: Use positive reinforcement techniques and appropriate discipline strategies to encourage positive behavior and teach important life skills.
