Multimedia Producer

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Multimedia Producer is a new position as part of our growth and we seek a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Producer to enhance Inkomoko’s digital storytelling. The ideal candidate is skilled in video production, photography, motion graphics, and web content updates, with a strong ability to create engaging multimedia content for digital platforms.

They will work closely with the Digital Media Manager and Campaign Manager to ensure a strong online presence, drive audience engagement, and keep our website visually dynamic and up to date. The main responsibilities are:

Video Production & Photography

Shoot and edit high-quality videos showcasing Inkomoko’s impact, client stories, and key initiatives.
Capture compelling photography for use across reports, campaigns, and digital content.
Optimize video and photo content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Digital Content Creation

Design motion graphics, infographics, and interactive visuals to support campaigns.
Collaborate with the Campaign Manager on creative assets for advocacy and marketing.
Work with the Digital Manager to integrate multimedia elements into the website.

Social Media & Web Support

Provide engaging multimedia content to enhance social media presence and drive audience engagement.
Support the Digital Media Manager in optimizing website visuals and updating multimedia content.
Assist in web content updates, ensuring accuracy, fresh visuals, and alignment with brand storytelling.

Trends & Performance Analysis

Stay ahead of emerging digital trends to improve content strategy.
Track engagement metrics and refine multimedia production based on performance data.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5+ years experience in video production, photography, or digital media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for storytelling, digital media, and social impact.
