Details: Manage effective engagement of target customers through the delivery of promotional and educational content across our multi-channel platforms. The person in this role will work closely with the regional MCM Head, LOC brand managers and scientific advisors in their aligned areas to leverage new and existing content across existing channels and be a part of leveraging any new channels. This person will play a critical role in making sure content plans are delivered on time.
Job Description:
You will work closely with marketing teams to build long term content management plans. Overtime you will be learning what content customers want through watching metrics and make recommendations to brand managers on how to evolve content plans.
The role will be responsible for driving the delivery of overall content plans across channels – portal, email, webinar, third party sites, and corporate website. You will be ensuring a consistent approach to content across the channels for your aligned areas.
Your experience in online content, content development and your technical expertise in website architecture will ensure that GSK delivers a valuable customer experience.
Key to this role will be liaising with all stakeholders involved in the planning, creation and approval of content to ensure that content is fit-for-purpose and will lead to quality interactions that drive high customer engagement to meet reach and engagement objectives.
Working with ADC marketing and sales teams to ensure all digital content is impactful, valued and leads to return visits.
Deliver a consistent customer experience across channels and products – style, layout, tone of voice, imagery, GSK values based using the CMS, content authoring.
Reviewing content benchmarks and KPI’s to ensure customers receive a great user experience.
Use engaging innovative content/story telling approaches to increase traffic to designated sites, increase valuable HCP interactions, etc.
Identify third party content to meet brand strategy needs.
Work with global/regional content managers to ensure global content is leveraged locally.
Utilise SEM of health.gsk content on search engines / third party sites.
Delivery of MCM content plan.
Identify content opportunities globally / 3rd party
Manage Content writing agencies
Digital asset creation, editing and re-purposing
Filming and Video production where necessary
Work with brand teams on a daily basis (attending VMBs, strategy meetings, etc) and lead the creation/implementation of tactical online content to drive brand strategy
