Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Picking up orders from the seller’s location and ensuring they are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
Package Handling: Ensuring that products are not damaged during transit. This involves proper packaging and securing items for safe delivery.
Route Planning: Use GPS technology and traffic updates to navigate through traffic and find the quickest routes.
Customer Interaction: They may confirm delivery details, collect payments (if required), and provide assistance or information about the products being delivered.
Problem Resolution: In case of delivery issues such as address discrepancies, missed deliveries, or damaged items, delivery agents play a crucial role in resolving these issues
Inventory Management: Ensuring they have the necessary products and supplies to fulfill orders efficiently.
Reporting: Report on delivery metrics such as delivery times, number of successful deliveries, and any issues encountered
Any Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Aged 20 years and above. Id required
reside in nairobi county or adjacent towns
owns a smartphone with proper knowledge of technology
updated referees and previous work experience is a must.
Possess a good knowledge of nairobi streets and routes.
