Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage, train and mentor M&E team of approximately 10 local staff.
Oversee all Routine Monitoring Reporting (RMR) actions and ensure templates are appropriately used and Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
Oversee all Final Evaluation Report (FER) actions and ensure templates are appropriately used and Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
Ensure RMR actions highlight program successes and impact.
Proactively identify key program and themes areas for evaluation and analysis.
Utilize system to monitor and ensure responsiveness to donor, third party evaluation, and public hotline calls on regarding program quality.
Ensure program feedback loop so external findings results in improve quality of project management and implementation.
Ensure adherence to all Creative  regulations related to M&E.
Ensure M&E indicators in database match reporting requirements Maintain and further development qualitative and quantitative practices and processes.
Strengthen the capacity of the M&E Team by identifying training opportunities and increasing the team’s knowledge of M&E protocols and practice.
Provide written contributions to weekly, quarterly and annual reports as needed.
Assist in the development of strategy documents as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to provide strong support to sub-offices.
Other duties as assigned by the Chief of Party.
