Analyzing incoming raw materials and finished for microbiology
Service Delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing out the implementation of the departmental strategy in line with the production strategy, policies, processes and procedures to achieve the organization’s objectives.
Maintaining reports for conformity of finished products.
Microbial analysis of machines.
Supervision of blending room processes to ensure desired color and flavor.
Benchmarking and implementing best practices in manufacturing and respective areas of work.
Implementing product quality, customer & Service Excellence and Change initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture.
