MERL Associate

Responsibilities

Mainstream the Yara Africa and Asia (YAA) MERL framework across program countries in close coordination with the flagship MERL third party partners.
Monitor project-wise progress, collect and collate data, analyze and report results in a prescribed rhythm – monthly, quarterly, annually.
Assists with the tracking and reporting of key social impact metrics.
Provide broad-based support to the the Social Impact team, as needed.
Monitor, research, and analyse sustainable business standards, trends and practices.
Develops impact communications and messaging to further promote efforts internally and externally.
Assists with the tracking and reporting of key social impact metrics.
Provide broad-based support to the the Social Impact team, as needed.
Assists with key Impact and Sustainability reporting processes.
Co-ordinates independent Impact Evaluation – annually.

Profile

University undergraduate degree in Business related fields with a post graduate degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Sustainability or Social Sciences.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Fluency in English and Swahili languages
Experience in advanced Microsoft Office applications such as excel.
