Sound medical knowledge of basic sciences, but also disease areas such as infectious disease, respiratory, vaccine preventable illness

Previous similar roles or training/teaching experience
Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry experience
Able to communicate in Portuguese or French
Excellent Presentation and facilitation skills
Strong collaboration & communication skills
Skilled Knowledge of Project Management and planning
Good knowledge of HR processes including recruitment and selection, reward and motivation systems and organisational development

Drives outstanding medical knowledge and understanding of key therapy areas within the commercial and medical teams.
Leads medical affairs capability development.
Job Description-Essential Job Responsibilities
Agree training priorities with key stakeholders i.e.. Country Medical Directors, Commercial Excellence partners, Business leaders, Sales and Marketing and develop a training and development strategic plan.
Develop and drive plan to address capability gaps identified within the medical organisation. Leverage any developed solutions with other cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. sales & marketing).
Measure and report on impact of learning interventions.
Develop medical resource library, assessing and leveraging content from various internal and external sources as required.
Drive consistency, optimise and maintain medical on-boarding programs.
Continuously improve, explore, evaluate and implement existing and/or new methods of learning where appropriate
Ensure frequent evaluation of solutions available across the network/within GSK and implement as appropriate
Work effectively across boundaries and play a key role as a member of the ADC T&C network.
