The incumbent shall manage day to day marketing & training activities for the college ensuring effective delivery of programs and acquisition of learners at Intrasoft Institute of Technology.
Specific responsibilities include:
Lead in the development, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies, campaigns, and goals.
Lead marketing activities by developing and managing a team of marketing representatives and/or brand ambassadors ensuring learner registration targets are met.
Supervise tutors ensuring delivery of high-quality teaching
Developing schemes of work and lesson plans for offered courses ensuring it aligns with prescribed syllabus and examination timelines.
Facilitate required support to foster teaching, learning and student support.
Act as the main contact person with examination bodies for testing and certifications of students.
Promote communication, teamwork and high professional standards by both staff and students.
Promote inclusive and student-centered learning environment.
Participate on behalf of the college in exhibitions and conferences.
Gather feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders to share with management.
Lecture Business / ICT Courses as shall be qualified.
Minimum Requirements:
At least a Diploma in IT or Business-Related field.
Relevant administration and/or lecturing experience in a college.
Knowledge of principles governing higher education in Kenya.
Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication, planning and organization skills.
Must be result-oriented and with business acumen.
Must be honest and of high integrity.
Must be willing to work under pressure and with minimal or no supervision.
Must be residing or willing to relocate to Mombasa.
Must show strong leadership ability.
