As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with company objectives and market trends. This role requires hands-on, results-driven individual with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage visual content for various digital and offline channels, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
Create high-quality content across multiple formats (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
Plan and execute company events, including product launches, webinars, and industry conferences, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Maintain and manage the marketing events calendar to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of initiatives.
Implement and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Foster engagement with the target audience by actively involving them in marketing initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive higher conversion rates.
Oversee SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
Support the development of go-to-market strategies for products in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in marketing efforts.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Fintech, payments, or related industries.
Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and event planning.
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy
