Marketing Specialist

Develop and implement marketing activation programmes to support the delivery of volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets for cross channels/ customers in East Africa.

Responsibilities

Closely with the Cluster Manager (East Africa) and Marketing Leadership & marketing teams of the local market partners to plan & deliver marketing activation plans with full stakeholder alignment. to drive in year performance & strategic goals. (For the East Africa region)
and manage ASP budget to deliver marketing plans.
& collect market insights of key competitor activity within applicable competition law.
and execute an annual marketing plan to deliver volume, turnover and gross margin targets. (For each partner country and country distributors)
as appropriate with the Africa, META marketing teams to ensure appropriate product portfolio, for the East African markets.
all marketing and activation activity, with post evaluations covering results, ROI and learnings.
Manages product portfolio in line with East Africa according to strategical ambitions, makes sure the portfolio meets local needs within global guardrails; identify gaps, launch new products, identify simplification opportunities and improvement areas.

Qualifications

University degree, Experience in Marketing. Experience in Sales will be huge plus.
