Marketing Officer Sales Executive Team Leader Direct Sales Consultant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulate marketing strategies including digital, advertising, communications, and creative strategies to achieve the sales targets for the organization.
Develop and implement strategies that drive brand positioning that generates demand and interest among merchants.
Drive brand message that is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Maintain a cohesive, highly trained, motivated team sufficient to meet daily department demands, providing training, development, support, and leadership.
Drive brand love through motivating, leading, and influencing all the staff in all the departments by being the marketing ambassador.
Lead in the marketing research On Consumer behavior, merchant feedback, customer expectations, market insights with a goal to develop and implement Customer value proposition (CVP), share updates on pricing, competitive advantage, to improve customer experience, delivery mechanisms and content relevant to merchant acquisition and education.
Provide active, intentional leadership to the marketing team; provide timely and constructive feedback; monitor the accomplishment of team and individual goals and objectives; foster an environment of continuous learning consistent with the needs of the organization, team, and the individual staff member.
Coordinate Brand events, campaigns, and meeting logistics.
Support design and direct all digital platforms and strategies, including website, mobile applications, Search Engine Optimizations and Social media assets.
Growth in market share through increased product uptake Promotion of the brand through product communication development.
Develop and coordinate the implementation of the marketing budget.

Operational Responsibilities

Coordinate brand surveys as well as market intelligence and feedback.
Coordinate the contracted marketing agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
Review and submit reports on the implementation of the marketing strategies and work plans.
Guide the team in the development of marketing and promotional materials.
Conduct periodical reviews of the marketing plans to ensure the plans are aligned with the corporate Our client’s marketing strategy.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or social sciences field with relevant qualifications including marketing, Business Growth, customer Experience, communications and/or public relations
Certification in Strategic Management and Leadership

Experience

Experience in strategy development & implementation
3 years of marketing/product management experience
3 years in Digital marketing

Knowledge and Skills

Legislations related to payments service provider and financial industry.
Marketing principles
Ability to use email campaigns, blogs, forums, and social media experience to generate leads.
Understanding analytics and measuring return on Investment (ROI)
Creative, communication, negotiation, writing and presentation skills
