Job Summary
Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelors degree in marketing
Be a qualified chartered or certified marketer
At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity. Banking experience will be an added advantage
Strategic thinking ability, Confident and dynamic
Have a strong creative outlook
Possess analytical and critical thinking skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be of exemplary integrity and honesty

Responsibilities

Liaising with the CEO on new innovations  in the finance industry and how they are influencing the marketing efforts
Developing marketing plans geared towards membership growth in line with the Sacco strategic plan
Supporting the development of the website and the social sites and ensuring they are regularly updated
Conducting market research and competitor analysis regularly with the aim of determining customer needs, demands and potential improvement on products.
Updating members on current Sacco products through quartery bulletin and SMS on need basis
Manage the marketing budget
Organize implementation and review of member education
Organize Annual/Special General Meetings
Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
