Position Summary
The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our training and consultancy services. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage day-to-day marketing activities while leading strategic initiatives to drive growth and brand recognition.
Responsibilities:
Strategic planning and management: Developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, leading the marketing team, and analyzing market trends.
Enhance Brand Awareness: Develop marketing campaigns, and partnerships, and use social media, PR, and events toGenerate Leads and Drive Acquisition: Optimize customer journey, implement lead generation campaigns, and develop high-quality content.
Enhance Customer Engagement: Implement customer engagement programs, monitor retention metrics, and conduct client feedback surveys.
Promote Thought Leadership: Position the organization as an industry thought leader, manage the content calendar, and participate in industry conferences.
Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and analyze market trends.
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage with potential partners, develop joint marketing initiatives, and leverage partnerships for new resources and distribution channels.
Optimize Digital Marketing: Execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, use SEO and SEM techniques, and invest in digital tools.
Support Business Goals: Collaborate with other departments, provide marketing insights, and contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget.
Innovate and Adapt: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust marketing strategies to market changes.
Budget management: Developing and managing the marketing budget, monitoring expenditures, and identifying costsaving opportunities.
Event planning and management: Executing marketing events, coordinating logistics, and evaluating event success.
Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with the sales team, and managing the CRM system.
Reporting and analysis: Preparing reports on marketing activities, using data to measure effectiveness, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with a concentration in Marketing.
Professional Certification in Marketing (CIM) is mandatory.
Certification in Digital Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate training or professional services environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Proven experience in marketing management, including leading and overseeing a marketing team.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
