Key Responsibilities:
Plan the annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly promotion plans and programs for the department.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and grow market share.
Handle docking and communication with promotion and activity cooperation units.
Design and release promotional online and offline videos, websites, graphics, and copywriting.
Review and accept cooperation units’ promotion efforts, including data collection and analysis.
Coordinate communication between promotional and activity cooperation units, supervise the implementation of related plans, and oversee the acceptance of results.
Complete other assignments from superiors.
Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities and use insights for marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on real estate or related industries.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of the current real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
