Key Responsibilities
Creating and implementing marketing plans for new and existing books to increase visibility and sales.
Design and manage promotional campaigns, including book launches, press releases, and author events.
Oversee website management, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies to engage readers and expand the audience.
Strengthen the publisher’s brand through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, book reviewers, and influencers to enhance book publicity.
Analyze reading trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
Work closely with authors, bookstores, libraries, and distributors to optimize book distribution and sales.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven improvements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media trends.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Ability to build partnerships with authors, media, and distributors.
Familiarity with book industry trends and audience engagement strategies.
Experience in book publishing, media, or content marketing
Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
