Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies
to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
Manage and lead the marketing team, providing guidance and ensuring KPIs are met.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences. Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media, and other partners.
Oversee creation of marketing materials, including brochures, blogs, videos, and press releases. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
