deepAfrica is looking for a high-performing Marketing Executive to demonstrate product value, strengthen brand loyalty which will ultimately increase sales. The position is about understanding what customers want, informing the organisation of new insights and using automated technologies to predict buying behaviour patterns in order to deliver personalised messages to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV) exhibitions and promotional events
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
Source and secure sponsorships
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, social media)
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Preparing daily reports on brand performance
Requirements
3yrs experience as marketing executive or similar role
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Ability to set up, manage and analyse Google Ads campaigns
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Computer literacy and marketing software proficiency
Proficient in social media analytics
Proficient in website analytics
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Commercial awareness
Degree/Diploma in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
