Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

Manage  day-to-day all marketing communications activities for the company
Contribute in Brand Management through development & execution of initiatives that will improve brand visibility and brand
Execute the annual marketing plan which should include a shopping mall events plan and ensure that it is delivered within the budget.
Champion brand activation plans for the implementation of brand’s strategy to support the regional marketing strategy ensuring that the end-markets aspects are aligned with the company goals
Manage assigned brand portfolio to maximize sales and profit
Responsible for tracking brand equities and recommending remedial action
Develop & execute effective product promotions
Monitoring and analyzing marketing trends with the aim of strategically placing their products
Analyze and track key financial/marketing data to derive meaningful business insights
Evaluating and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and driving uptake of the services/products
Liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies on all activations and advertising assignments
Implement all approved marketing campaigns and brand strategies to achieve agreed KPI’s, from developing the creative brief through to analysis and recommendations.
Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered in line with overall marketing budget
Analyze local sales/marketing trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Responsible for the Social Media strategy; digital online social and marketing strategies with a goal of increasing visitors to their Digital space
Oversee sponsorship activities in a bid to increase the visibility of the products

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration/Marketing
4 years’ experience in marketing management
Experience in the FMCG Industry a plus
