Job Title: Marketing, Evidence, and Impact Director

Job Description
This position reports directly to the Country Director and provides the country programme with essential direction on a range of Evidence to Action (E2A) functions as well as Marketing and Communication functions; enabling evidence-based programming and iteration to continually improve programmatic and operational efficiencies while generating demand for all service delivery channels, services, and products remaining aligned to MSI Reproductive Choices branding standards, mission, and vision. This new position oversees, combines, and unites two distinct departments and requires someone with a very strong background in one of the key components, either Evidence to Action or Marketing and Communications, while having a strong working knowledge of the other to oversee, combine and unite both departments into a cohesive unit.
Qualifications and Experience
A Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or Social Science) and a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in research or marketing.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills as well as experience developing and implementing strategic and innovative marketing campaigns.
Proven leadership and people management skills including the ability to manage resources efficiently and effectively.
The ability to oversee thorough research and analyse data to produce insightful reports and influence marketing strategies and overall programming.
Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to create and foster collaborative and productive relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders.
A strong results orientation and business acumen, including the ability to manage and support numerous stakeholders to successfully deliver business outcomes within defined timelines.
Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to challenges, to work effectively in a small, diverse, and busy team environment with minimal supervision.
The highest levels of integrity, including a strong supporter of sexual reproductive health rights for all men/women, including abortion services.
Qualifications:
An advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health or Social Science with at least 8 years of progressive experience in senior management in relevant fields.
