Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Plan and execute marketing campaigns as scheduled, while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Generate and maintain accurate marketing databases, while ensuring all leads are properly documented and nurtured.
Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and competitive analysis, contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Support the creation, writing, and editing of marketing materials and collaterals, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content to engage our audience and grow our online presence.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
Create and implement strategic plans to raise brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand message across all channels.
Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
Participate in strategy meetings to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas that support our marketing objectives.
Provide administrative support as needed, including coordinating meetings, maintaining schedules, and organizing marketing assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in market research and analysis techniques.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing marketing trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of video editing and multimedia content creation.
