Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Marketing Coordinator located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, analytics across all our channels, online marketing campaigns, and communication tasks.
Primary responsibilities
Collaborate with the growth team to develop marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive NEW customer acquisition and lead generation.
Setup, manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and any other paid advertising platforms that can generate a positive ROI
Sales, Outreach and Marketing of the companies products and services to strategic partners and targeted audience via digital and offline channels
Social media management and related content development on a weekly basis
Conduct market Research and market trends to guide the company’s product developments in order to remain competitive.
Pitching/presenting products/Services to new customers/partners at strategic events/meetings/workshops/seminars
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and product launches
Be active in Product or new features testing and quality assurance processes to ensure it matches customers/Partners needs.
Lead financial education outreach program and financial education content development
Gather customer feedback across all channels to inform sales and product teams
Document customer success stories across all our markets
Qualifications
At least 2 years in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills
MUST HAVE: At least 2 years practical skills in Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaign setup skills
Digital Marketing and Web Analytics skills
You have a solid base knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices, with a willingness to learn even more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and has willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of all social networking platforms
Facebook Pixel is a plus
