About the role
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing promotional activities both online and offline . They should understand the extensive details of marketing and be familiar with ways to analyze campaigns, market research and customers’ behavior.
Duties and Responsibilities
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
Assist in market analysis and market research execution eg Conducting Surveys and prepare reports on key learnings.
Planning and execution of on ground activations .
Make follow up calls on leads generated and share reports
Assist in below the line marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. managing whatsapp group, marketing activations, etc)
Help in development and distribution marketing materials.
Represent the company in community forums, events and exhibitions.
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
Qualifications
At Least 1 year experience in marketing
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Salesforce, Odoo.)
Exquisite communication and people skills
Experience in managing professional social media accounts
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related field
