As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for designing and assembling high-quality marketing proposals using Adobe InDesign templates. This role requires strong graphic design skills, proficiency in data management with Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work effectively within cloud-based systems like ClickUp and Dropbox. You’ll be part of a back-office team working during US EST shift hours to meet client demands.
Key responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, and presentations, based on pre-existing Adobe InDesign templates.
Customize and enhance proposals to align with branding guidelines and specific requirements.
Use Microsoft Excel to manage, search, and manipulate data relevant to the marketing proposals.
Navigate multiple cloud-based tools such as ClickUp (for task management) and Dropbox (for file management) to coordinate and track work assignments.
Maintain a consistent level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Key competencies/skills
Proven experience in graphic design, specifically in creating marketing materials such as brochures and proposals.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (or similar tools like PowerPoint) for designing templates and layouts.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in managing and analyzing data.
Experience using cloud-based tools like ClickUp and Dropbox for task and file management.
Ability to work US EST shift hours (night shifts for local time).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in back-office support for international clients is an added advantage.
Familiarity with US marketing trends and business communication styles is an added advantage.
