Marketing Assistant

Job Description
The holder of this position will be focused on outbound lead generation. His/her contribution will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. Below are the duties and responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide insightful contribution to help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. 
Perform administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. 
Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns
Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market 
 Support sales and marketing executives in organizing various projects 
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) 
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information 
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems  
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success 
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations 
Warming up leads and setting up appointments for someone on client’s team and/or close themselves.   

Qualifications

Proven experience as a marketing assistant -Minimum 1-year relevant experience 
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, or any Business relevant field. 
Experience in list building and lead generation.  
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines 
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach 
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases 
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.) 
Exquisite communication and people skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills
