Position Overview
This position is responsible of performing administration and clerical duties for the smooth running of the marketing, sales and medical department of the Pasteur Business Unit whilst ensuring implementation of projects .
Key Deliverables:
Act as 1st check to ensure all documents are in order are in order as per Standard Operating Procedures before being loaded into the appropriate system and liaise with the various parties to ensure approvals are done on time
Ensure documents are archived correctly with all the necessary supporting paper work by coordinating with relevant functions
Plan and coordinate sales meetings
Undertake Minute taking in sales meetings
Assist in planning for kick-off meetings in liaison with the marketing department
Provide timely feedback to sales team in regards to progress of approvals of their activities and meetings
Compile necessary data as required to aid management in decision making
Coordinate the issuance of marketing material from the outsourced warehouse keeping an accurate and updated inventory
Education Background, Skills & Experience
A Degree in a Business related field
Project management skills an added advantage
Computer skills in excel and power-point
Pays keen attention to details and result orientated
Excellent command of English Language
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
A minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role
