Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support business growth.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with client needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications, Experience & Competences.
Diploma in Marketing, Communications or Business Studies from a recognized institution.
Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) from the College of Insurance is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or client relationship management, preferably in the insurance sector.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details.
A professional, honest, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Innovative and future thinking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.).
References from the insurance industry will be required.
