Marketing and Communication Specialist

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Snap App and SmartBilling portal.
Sales Funnel Creation: Design and implement a strategic funnel to convert leads into paying customers.
Customer Engagement: Enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate the transition to our digital solutions.
Implementation Support: Oversee the roll-out of the Snap App and SmartBilling portal, including training for meter reader agents and providing support.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer feedback and usage data to refine strategies and tools.
Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies that align with our marketing goals.
External Communications: Manage media relations, press releases, and strategic messaging to enhance HydroIQ’s public image.
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to increase brand visibility.
Daily Operations: Handle customer inquiries, manage marketing materials, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in the tech or utility sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful marketing campaigns.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experience in media relations and strategic messaging.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
